A registration form is a conversation with someone who has not decided yet. Every question is a chance for them to stop.
Ask for what you will use
Name, email, phone. Anything beyond that should earn its place by changing something you do on the day.
- Keep required fields under six
- Explain any question that feels personal
- Confirm immediately, in the language they registered in
